Brad focuses his practice on incorporation, real estate transactions, estate planning and income tax preparation - completing hundreds of corporate, partnership, farm and individual tax returns annually. He routinely completes continuing education to make sure he understands changes in the tax code as they occur and helps farm and business clients with preplanning.
Shaylene is a Certified Nonprofit Professional with years of experience building nonprofit organizations and foundations, and estate planning for those making charitable gifts, working to assure they comply with state and federal requirements while serving others. With more than 30 years of courtroom experience, Shay can also help with probate, personal injury, and most other litigation matters.
Jennifer is a recent law school graduate with an interest in criminal defense work. She clerked with the Lancaster County Public Defender and will initially be helping in Drug Court and handling criminal cases.
